Stornoway Hotels

The photograph above shows Lews Castle which looks out across the harbour to the town of Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides (also known as the Western Isles) of Scotland. Now in a state of disrepair Lews Castle is something of a problem for the town. Though there is speculation that it will be developed into a hotel this would, technically, be against the agreement made when Lord Leverhulme gifted it to the town when he quit the island. Fortunately there are a number of hotels in Stornoway and all are of the highest quality some of which are listed below and can be booked online via a secure server.
Hotel Accommodation in Stornoway, Isle of Lewis:
The Royal Hotel
The centrally located Royal Hotel offers 2 star bed and breakfast accommodation in Stornoway's most historic hotel. The hotel is the finest looking hotel due to it's period (1850) appearance but also features some period features in it's forward facing rooms.

The Cabarfeidh Hotel
The Cabarfeidh Hotel is a 3 star hotel but the hotel has a long held reputation for being the finest in Stornoway. Found on the outskirts of town surrounded by fine gardens many believe it offers the best bed and breakfast on Lewis.
